Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Please note orders received after 1pm will not be processed until the next working day.

Your carton may be separated as needed to fit in delivery boxes.

All orders are initially applied with a $11 standard shipping fee.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for extra shipping costs in the event of large orders be placed. In this event, we will contact you either via phone or email and hold your order until the customer either elects to refund their order (and place again a smaller order) or pay for extra shipping.
